The company’s services include system design and development, systems engineering, software development and testing, validation and verification of safety-critical software products, and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
SSF’s development team chose the VectorCAST test automation platform to automate software testing, provide code coverage analysis, and satisfy the Software Verification Process objectives as defined in section 5.8 of the ECSS-E-40 standard.
“Our test tool evaluation team considered several other applications for software testing. We ultimately chose VectorCAST because of its good reporting tools and its support for several programming languages,” stated Timo Latvala, director, sales and technology at Space Systems Finland.
