Software manages change in production environments

An intelligent change form, which can be configured to pull in data from any information silo across the organisation, drives the application. This extracts data from a variety of sources including costing information, inventory, order book and budgets/forecasts, and inserts it directly into the PDF document. With supporting documentation, including interrogable 3D CAD files (from PLM systems), the form auto-populates the data.

The software application then compiles all of the information into a 3D PDF, allowing every department and supplier to view annotated 3D models using Adobe Acrobat Reader. BOMs, model trees and assemblies can be fully integrated without having to purchase or download CAD viewing software.

With the software, media can be auto-embedded or inserted manually into the PDF. The PDF can also act as a carrier vessel to transport additional documentation, with template wizards fully customisable to deliver full compliance to any company procedure or workflow.
