Releasing the new IPETRONIK-X IPEmotion PlugIn V 01.04.00, IPETRONIK provides X module users  with major innovations concerning data acquisition speed. Data acquisition rates of up to 10 kHz for Mx-SENS and up to 40 kHz per channel for Sx-STG, as well as extensions and optimizations of the intuitive user handling in adjustment functions with reference value target and graphical display of useful measurement range are some of the innovations.

Additional new features like CAN measurement using CANdb, parallel CAN monitoring and fast Ethernet data output, as well as extended functions and graphical visualization on the shunt check configuration surface were implemented, too. Shunt Check is used for checking strain gage measuring bridge functions. Measured values and status are displayed after checking and can be exported if needed.

As a new feature, X modules can be operated in CAN mode and full TEDS support is available for all Sx-STG modules of Lemo type 2B at data output via Ethernet. TEDS support includes synchronization of scaling with data of the sensors used, as well as status messages at sensor change. In addition to mere support of X modules, now, mixed operation of X modules and CAN modules in one system is supported. X modules and CAN modules can be connected in a module chain using one single cable, now. Data extraction from both bus systems to measuring PC is done using the X-Link2PC adapter module.
