This environment coupled with an extensive software library and sample applications makes the fido1100 multi-context hardware architecture easy-to-use and capable of debugging source code in real-time.
An EtherNet/IP stack from Pyramid Solutions and a TCP/IP Protocol Suite from NexGen Software can be added to enable robust and high availability processing and communication.
Modules are industrial grade and can be mounted directly on another processor board or can be incorporated into a processor board using the reference design. All stacks, software, and “RTOS Kernel in a Chip™” are royalty-free enabling a cost effective production solution.
