Eurotech Launches Rugged PC/104+ Board using the Atom Processor Z5xx Series Platform

Eurotech has announced the launch of the ISIS XL, a rugged PC/104 Plus Board based on the Intel Atom processor Z5xx series platform. The ISIS XL is a high performance, low power board engineered for rugged applications where attributes such as extended temperature range and proven, industry standard form factor are a must.

“Moving our expertise with the Intel Atom processor platform to the PC/104 Plus platform brings higher processing capabilities and power improvements to the many companies committed to PC/104 design,” says Giampietro Tecchiolli, CTO of Eurotech. “The ISIS XL will benefit new projects with an advanced, yet user-friendly platform, and will bring new life to legacy designs needing new technology and higher performance in this form factor.”
