The software is available from element14, the company’s innovative Community for EDEs, bringing Web 2.0 to engineers, along with over 10,000 technical documents and software tools. All versions of EAGLE including the FREE evaluation licence edition ‘Freemium’ contain DesignLink.
EAGLE v5.11 has 3 main elements: schematic, layout and autorouter. Users also enjoy many additional features including an unlimited “undo/redo” function and “follow me router”, which allows the EDE to accept or overwrite router recommendations.
