The AEC-6940 features the Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo processor and two DDR III SODIMM system memory (up to 4 GB). This model deploys one PCI-Express﹝x16﹞, one PCI-Express﹝x1﹞, one Mini Card, and one Express Card for expansion flexibility. In addition, it is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernets for faster network connections and rich I/O interfaces, such as four COM ports and four USB ports. These functions allow for communication with diverse devices at a high transfer rate. This unit also features one 2.5” SATA Hard Disk Drive bay and a CompactFlash slot to provide ample storage expansion. The AEC-6940 supports VGA and Audio as well making it an ideal solution for multimedia applications.

The default power input is DC with a wide range from 9V to 30V.
