The industry’s most widely used selective soldering platform

Kurtz Ersa North America has installed a VERSAFLOW 3/45 selective soldering system, the industry’s most widely used in-line selective soldering platform, at Gables Engineering in Florida.

Claimed to be the most repeatable system on the market, the VERSAFLOW 3/45 selective soldering system features servo driven gantry systems, expandable modularity, dual solder pots, fiducial recognition, board warpage detection, process camera, auto nozzle cleaning, top- and bottom-side heating and offline programming.

“We are extremely happy with the VERSAFLOW 3/45. A few of the things I have really noticed are the ease of programming, superb quality of the solder joints and repeatability of that quality,“ commented Charles Flores, Director of Manufacturing, Gables Engineering.
