The vacuum lift mechanism has been specifically designed to be positioned for long, narrow PCB production, while the generous elevator platform can hold up to 150 panels. The ESU-400 XXL model is a Magazine Line Unloader that accepts completed panels and safely secures them into custom magazines.
Like the ESV this system is capable of handling LED boards up to 1220mm in length and 370mm in width also using custom 50 slot ESD magazines. The ESU is equipped with an integrated in feed conveyor with pusher mechanism, precision indexing elevator with pitch selection, automatic magazine changeover (two up/two down configuration) and Touch Panel for user interface.
Both systems include safety covers, PLC, SMEMA, roller wheels and leveling feet. XXL ESD magazines (1220x370mm) and interconnecting conveyors also are available.
