New exhibition director for LOPEC
Carolin Fischer has been appointed Exhibition Director for LOPEC, the International Exhibition and Conference for the Printed Electronics Industry. She replaces Anja Schneider, who has taken up a new post as Exhibition Director for AUTOMATICA, the trade fair for industrial automation.
They will both remain contacts for LOPEC in the run-up to the next event, which will be taking place from April 5 to 7, 2016 in Munich, Germany.
Having worked for Messe München for 12 years Carolin brings plenty of experience with her. Fischer started her career back in 2004 in Division 3, which deals with trade fairs relating to new technologies. One of the projects she worked on saw her take a leading role in the development and organization of the World of Photonics Congress at the LASER trade fair.
Having gained six years of exhibition and conference experience, Carolin made the move over to the management team of the Messe München Staff Department, which acts as an intermediary platform between the Executive Board and shareholders. Within this department, Carolin held many leadership positions, including her most recent role as Head of the Staff Department.
