In-line selective solder platform on show at APEX

  At the IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled for March 25-27 2014 in Las Vegas, USA, Kurtz Ersa North America will showcase the VERSAFLOW 3/45 selective soldering system in Booth #825. The company has claimed that this is the industry’s most widely used in-line selective soldering platform.

Kurtz Ersa has further claimed that the VERSAFLOW 3/45 selective soldering platform is the most repeatable system on the market with technology highlights including: servo driven gantry systems; expandable modularity; dual solder pots; fiducial recognition; board warpage detection; process camera; auto nozzle cleaning; top- and bottom-side heating; and offline programming.

Additionally, Ersa representatives will demonstrate the company’s complete line of electronics production equipment, including: the HOTFLOW 4/8 reflow oven with hold down conveyor; ECOSELECT 1 selective solder system; POWERFLOW N2-E wave solder machine; IR/PL650 and IR/PL550 rework systems; HR600 hybrid rework system; ERSASCOPE 1 and 2 optical inspection systems; Mobile scope for solder joint inspection; i-CON series soldering stations; i-CON VARIO multichannel soldering; and desoldering station,and fume extraction.
