Additionally, Energy Pilot and RecipePro are features of BTU’s proprietary Wincon operating system. BTU’s Energy Pilot software enables tremendous energy savings by dynamically adjusting oven settings during gaps in production. Powered by ECD, RecipePro is an integrated software module in the BTU Wincon operating system that is used to create starting recipes, thereby reducing set-up time. Energy Pilot and RecipePro are available on new Pyramax ovens and can be retrofitted on older ovens by upgrading the Wincon software.
