Touch panel PC suits IoT-related operational control

Suitable for automation and factory applications, including production line monitoring, quality control, intelligent automation, IoT-related and manufacturing operational control, the P1157S-881 touch panel computer has been introduced by Axiomtek. The PC, which features a 15” XGA TFT LCD, is available with 4th gen Intel Core, Celeron or Pentium processors. 

Suitable for harsh environments, the touch panel computer features an aluminium housing and an IP65/NEMA 4-rated front panel, which provides protection against water spillage, dust and damages from solid foreign objects such as dirt. Enabling reliable operation, the P1157S-881 has a patented chassis design which dissipates heat efficiently. For ease of maintenance, the panel PC is designed in such a way that users can remove its back cover with minimum effort. The touch panel computer also features a VGA and HDMI port, allowing users to connect an additional display for a larger viewing area.

Other features include dual 10/100/1000Mb/s Ethernet ports, two DDR3 SO-DIMM for up to 16GB of memory, audio (mic-in and line-out ), four COM ports (three RS-232/422/485, one RS-232), four USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports and two 2.5” or one 3.5” SATA HDD for storage capacity.
