Offered in five Intel Atom processor-based versions for high scalability with only 7-10W TDP, the BT701 Qseven module has been released by DFI. The module, which is part of the company’s Intel Atom E3800 series product line, operates across a -40 to +85°C temperature range, making it suitable for harsh environments.

For faster communication, the device supports dual channel memory. The BT701 features two display output interfaces, including one LVDS supporting 24-bit dual channel and one DDI (HDMI/DVI/DP) supporting up to 2560x1600 resolutions. To increase storage capabilities, an optional 4, 8, 16 or 32GB onboard eMMC is available to use alongside the module’s two serial ATA interfaces. Expansion configurations include one Intel GLAN, one USB 3.0, six USB 2.0, one LPC, one SMBus, one I2C, one UART, one HAD and one SD. For additional expansion capabilities, three PCIes are provided.

The BT701 Qseven module is suitable for wide range of industrial applications, particularly in space-limited environments requiring flexible I/O and low power consumption, including industrial automation, smart grid, healthcare devices, terminal devices, ATM, POS and kiosk.

The module can be used with the Q7X-151 carrier board, which measures 170x170mm.
