All crystals can be supplied in an extended temperature range of up to -40/+125 °C with frequency tolerances at 25 °C from +-8 ppm and with temperature stabilities from +-8 ppm over 0/+70 °C. In addition to the classic bluetooth frequencies, the MINI SMD crystals cover a frequency range of 12 ~ 125 MHz depending on the size of the housing.
If MINI SMD crystals with 32.768 kHz are used together with the Bluetooth MHz crystals, PETERMANN-TECHNIK’s product range includes cost-effective solutions in the following ceramic casings: 3.2 x 1.5 x 0.8 mm (M3215 series), 2.0 x 1.2 x 0.55 mm (M2015 series) and 1.6 x 1.0 x 0.45 mm (M1610 series). The standard frequency tolerance at 25 °C is +-20ppm. +-10 ppm versions can also be supplied on request. The standard temperature range for all 32.768 kHz crystals is -40/+85 °C. Versions with a range of up to -40/+125 °C are also available on request.
