Swissbit is focusing exclusively on the needs of B2B partners, solution providers and value-added resellers industry, telecommunication, banking, medicine, government and public authority markets.
The Java Card OS is suited for authentication and PKI security applications. The large secure storage for Java Card applets of 160kB inside the chip provides storage for fully customer controlled code and trusted storage for certificate chains and keys. Solution partners offer integration into mobile, desktop and tablet devices and related card management solutions.
Sample products are already available, while serial production in memory sizes of 8 and 16GB is due to start in April 2015.
