Maintel has announced that it is offering channel partners the opportunity to take its ICON solutions to market in the UK and internationally for bespoke cloud packages. Maintel’s ICON cloud and managed services make it easier and more cost effective for channel partners to offer the latest transformational communications technologies, without capital investment or risk.
ICON services include a broad portfolio of tailored cloud services which include COVID19: Remote Working Solutions, Unified Communications as a Service, Contact Centre as a Service, Managed Network Services, Mobile Device and Application Management and a Security as a Service solution.
Channel partners will be able to:
- Provide Microsoft Teams calling plans to any organisation: Maintel investment in carrier-grade multi-tenant infrastructure means partners can provide integrated solutions for customers. Our unique solution allows partners to define contention ratios.
- Deliver ICON solutions to address specific customer challenges: By working with Maintel, channel partners can help their customers move towards the cloud and introduce flexibility and savings into their IT infrastructure, while shifting the responsibility for infrastructure management, support, upgrades and hosting to a cloud partner
- Build their own unique solutions with ICON as the foundation: Maintel will work closely with partners to ensure that each partner proposition is unique. Each partner will also be able to wrap Maintel’s cyber security, customer experience, call centre and digital workplace solutions into services. Maintel is vendor agnostic so can help channel partners design bespoke offerings that aren’t confined by technology partners.
- Reduce management and costs: The ICON services are provisioned from Maintel’s own datacentres and managed by specialist staff 24/7 to agreed SLAs. This helps reduce the amount of equipment needed to be managed by channel partners. This means that less infrastructure is needed, helping partners lower costs and dedicate more people to doing what matters most instead – focusing on transforming their customers' business.
