High performance, low power, feature-rich 5.25 inch SBC

The BVM Group has introduced the LS-574, a 5.25 inch SBC that offers low power consumption without compromising on performance. Based on the QM67 chipset, the LS-574 features a second-generation Sandy Bridge Intel Core i7/i5/i3 mobile processor in the rPGA988B socket. Typical applications are in industrial control and automation, gaming machines, kiosks, medical instruments, video servers, print imaging, digital signage and many other areas where heavyweight processing and HD video and audio are required.
Up to 16GB DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600MHz memory is supported, there are four 300MB/s ATAII and two 600MB/s ATAIII mass storage interfaces, six Gigabit LAN, six USB2.0, four RS232 and one RS232/422/485 serial ports. The HD A/V includes a DVI/HDMI video port driven by a Chrontel CH7318 converter, a Realtek ALC888 7.1 HD audio codec and a legacy VGA interface. Expansion capability is provided through two PCIe mini card sockets and a SIM socket.

24-bit dual channel LVDS and a programmable 8-bit digital GPIO interfaces are onboard, power is from either a standard 20-pin ATX PSU or from an external 9 - 24VDC input.
