APLEX Technology have introduced a new series of industrial panel PCs which utilise the 3rd generation Intel Core i7 processor paired with the Intel HM77chipset. Available in panel sizes of 15, 17 and 19", the APC-3X19 series features advanced computing capabilities, high reliability, and outstanding performance in a variety of applications including digital surveillance, data/image acquisition, factory automation and industrial.

The APC-3X19 series utilises the Intel Core i7 processor to deliver better performance and lower power consumption with more features built into the chip than the previous generation processors. This allows the panel PCs to perform up to twice as fast in visual applications. The current generation processors also allow the APC-3X19 to be upgraded to 16-32 channels of video capture for security surveillance applications.

Featuring a DC power input range from 9-32V, the APC-3X19 series devices are supplied with an IP65 certified front panel. These features enable the panel PCs to be used in harsh environments and 12/24V applications. Support for Windows XP embedded, Windows embedded standard 7 and Windows 7 Pro for embedded allows the industrial panel PCs to be used for many applications, while the LED backlight, 4 USB ports and two LAN ports enable easy connection to other units. The series supports processors up to 3630QM 2.4GHz with DDR3 memory up to 8GB.

Operating over a temperature range from 0 to +50°C, the APC-3X19 series provides a multitude of expansion and connectivity options, including: a 2x2.5” SATA HDD space and one external CF slot for data backup and storage; one mini-PCIe slot on board; one PCIe x 16 (default); and one PCI slot.
