The ISSS312 SATA III, a 6Gb/s industrial grade SSD, has been released by ADATA. Featuring low power consumption of 2W, industrial grade S.M.A.R.T technology and power loss protection (PLP), the drive provides a reliable performance. To meet the upgrade requirements of industrial equipment and enterprise devices the SSD also offers MLC, A+ SLC and SLC grades, as well as a wide temperature operating range of -40-+85°C.

The MLC, A+ SLC and SLC grades feature a sequential read/write speed up to 530/500MB/s and MTBF of up to 2m hours. With the  A+ SLC, the SSD's performance, stability, and lifespan is improved by more than three times compared to MLC, bringing it close to SLC grade yet cheaper by 80%.

The S.M.A.R.T. technology protects data by automatically detecting drive conditions, while the PLP prevents the system from crashing due to sudden power outages. Error correcting code (ECC), write protection, quick erase and wear leveling are also supported by the drive. As well this, the SSD also features a toolbox which enables users to further understand the ISSS312 and adjust its settings.

ADATA's SSD is available from a capacity of 8GB to 256GB and suitable for factory automation and IPC and embedded systems, along with medical, surveillance and military applications.
