Inforce Computing Launches IFC6410 Single-Board Computer Featuring A Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro Quad-Core Processor

Inforce Computing announced today it will debut a new Pico-ITX single-board computer featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor by Qualcomm Technologies. IFC6410 is available to developers at a cost of $149.

Inforce’s IFC6410 delivers:

• Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor’s comprehensive suite of integrated features which are designed to enable a diverse set of media-rich and smart embedded applications
• Powerful CPU and multimedia performance – 1.7 GHz Quad Core Krait CPUs, with advanced 1080p HD video, and graphics, with industry leading performance-to-power ratio
• Space-saving credit card size Pico-ITX production ready design, at a cost of $149
• Comprehensive functional Android and Linux board support packages for customers

“The Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor is now available for the embedded sector in a small, production-ready form factor,” said Ravi Kodavarti, Inforce’s Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy. “Available at $149, developers can use IFC6410 to accelerate their availability time for media-rich and smart embedded applications in a single unit or in OEM volumes.”

System designers can now choose from a comprehensive portfolio of solutions by Inforce featuring the Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 quad-core processor, which includes Inforce’s System on Module IFC6400, Development Kit SYS6440, and the new SBC IFC6410.
