Gigabit Ethernet expansion card suits intelligent automation

Vecow has launched its latest gigabit Ethernet (GigE) card, PE-2000 series PCI Express x4 PoE+ expansion card, from the company's frame grabber family. With up to four powered independent gigabit PoE+ channels, easy maintenance and lowered TCO, the PE-2000 series card suits GigE intelligent surveillance, machine vision, ITS, industrial automation, logistic system, industry 4.0 and real-time video analytics applications.

Running with Intel I210 Ethernet controller, Vecow PE-2000 series PoE+ expansion card supports 10/100/1000Mb/s gigabit data rate but also advanced network features, such as, link aggregation, 9.5KB Jumbo Frame and IEEE 1588 Precision Time Protocol (PTP). Simply utilising an onboard RJ45 jack, the card delivers up to 25.5W at 48VDC power from each independent IEEE 802.3at (PoE+) compliant channel without additional power connections in compact and rugged environments. 

Vecow's PE-2000 series PoE+ expansion card operates from -25 to +70°C and provides 16 isolated DIO for power circuit protection and software programmable PoE switch for advanced PoE management.

The card is designed to work in rugged expandable fanless embedded systems, such as Vecow’s ECS-7700 and RCS-7000 series.
