In addition, both platforms incorporate a fan-less design which makes for noise-free/ultra-reliable operation; and are therefore perfect for use in even the quietest of healthcare environments.
The NISE 3110-M Supports the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo /Core™ Duo/ Celeron® M processors, and has a multitude of connectivity options including Dual LAN, 6 x USB, VGA, 3 x RS232 and 1 x RS232/422/485 via DB44 Connector and PCI Expansion. The NISE 3110-M can be utilized as a computing platform within a self-service healthcare kiosk or for a wide variety of general medical computing applications.
For graphic intensive medical applications, Nexcom has developed the NISE 3140-M which is equipped with an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD and powerful Intel® Core™ 2 Duo CPU. As such the NISE 3140-M is perfect for hosting a wide variety of applications including remote video diagnosis, self check-in systems, interactive visual communication and video surveillance.
