Desktop platform targets network service applications

Designed for network service applications, the PL-80690 desktop platform has been introduced by WIN Enterprises. The platform supports Intel Atom E3815, which features Intel HD Graphics, Intel HD Audio, AES New Instruction set and Intel Virtualization Technology. According to the company, the PL-80690 provides OEMs with a cost-effective networking platform on which to offer their solutions to remote offices, small IT environments and retail environments. 

The PL-80690 supports onboard DDR3L memory with a maximum capacity of 2GB. Features include 4GB eMMC storage, one 2.5” SATA HDD interface, a CompactFlash socket, four Copper GbE LAN, two external USB 2.0 ports, an RJ-45 console port, optional mini-card socket and LED indicators to monitor power and storage activities.
