Bluetooth module suits IoT applications

With Bluetooth v4.2, the Bluetooth SIG has specified important features that make Bluetooth low energy applications faster and more secure.
Thanks to Telit’s “BlueMod+S42”, latest BLE technology can be easily and quickly integrated into a customer’s system. It supports Central as well as Peripheral applications.
As Central a GATT server with up to three connections is available. At the same time, a Peripheral terminal I/O connection can connect to a smartphone or tablet.
The module is extremely small (17x10x2.6mm) and controlled by a simple AT command interface. It is CE, FCC, IC and KCC certified. Apps and demo source code are available for Android and iOS.
