Axiomtek’s IPC916-211-FL IntelR Core2 Duo Fanless Barebone System with 6 Expansion Slots

Axiomtek’s IPC916-211-FL fanless barebone system with six expansion slots, built with the Intel® GM45 Express chipset and ICH9M Southbridge, supports socket P Intel® Core™2 Duo and Celeron® M processors with a 667/800/1066 MHz FSB. To satisfy expansion capability requirement for industrial needs, the IPC916-211-FL barebone system provides two PCI, one PCIe x16 and three PCIe x1 slots. Two 204-pin SODIMM sockets support up to 8G DDR3 800/1066 system memory. Certification with CE marking, the IPC916-211-FL is an application-ready platform targeted at industrial automation, kiosk/POI, digital signage, gaming, and DVR.

Powered by the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset with integrated Mobile Intel® GMA 4500MHD, the industrial grade IPC916-211-FL offers excellent 3D graphics and supports numerous display options including CRT, LVDS, and DVI. This all-in-one fanless system features rich I/O connections on one side of the housing, including two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two USB 2.0 ports, four COM ports (3 x RS-232 and 1 x RS-232-422-485), and a VGA port. The IPC916-211-FL also supports two 2.5” hard disks for high-capacity storage. Moreover, the fanless industrial PC uses the industry-grade Phoenix type or DC-jack power connector plug, and supports a 10V~30VDC 150 watt power supply, making it easier to apply in a wider range of environments. Besides, Windows® Vista, Windows® CE, Windows® XP embedded, and Linux are all supported.

“By using the Intel® Core™2 Duo processor with the Intel® GM45 Express chipset, Axiomtek’s IPC916-211-FL offers significant performance, high stability, and power advantages. Our fanless box computer comes with complete expandability, including USB, COM, LAN, VGA, and especially PCI and PCIe slots. These features meet a wide array of multi-equipment connectivity usages. With all electronics well-protected in an extremely rugged cold-rolled steal housing only 210 x 248 x 185 mm in size, the IPC916-211-FL can be applied in the most of harsh environments,” said Eric Chiang, Product Manager of Applied Computing & Network Device Business Unit at Axiomtek.
