The AHP-1081 features the Intel® Atom™ N270 processor (up to 1.6 GHz) and includes the DDR2 SODIMM system memory (up to 2 GB). The LCD/CRT controller has been integrated in the processor and shares the system memory (up to 224 MB). This fanless touch panel unit supports two 10/100/1000Base-TX Ethernet communications to offer faster network transmission and deploys two USB 2.0 ports, one RS-232 COM port, one RS-232/422/485 port, and one VGA port for flexible expansion. In addition, the AHP-1081 provides one Mini-PCI for even further expansion.
The AHP-1081 has a slim outfit that is less than 50mm and features a fanless operation. It offers an excellent heat spreading design and a CompactFlash™ to provide ample storage, but also offers a Hard Disk Drive with 2.5” SATA interface for bigger storage needs. The 8.4 SVGA LED LCD touch panel deploys a IP-65 certified plastic front panel to prevent dust and water from entering.
