HARTIING has introduced a range of patch cables which combine the company'sPush-Pull interconnection technology with overmoulding for enhanced reliability.
Like the complete HARTING RJ Industrial family, the Push-Pull overmoulded devices used in the cables are based on the RJ 45 mating face, and are designed to meet the requirements of 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet and PROFINET in industrial applications.

HARTING's HAN Push-Pull S device is the smallest RJ45 connector for industrial Ethernet to meet IP67 requirements for use in harsh industrial environments, with the result that the cables occupy much less space than alternative solutions.

The cable assemblies, which are supplied 100% tested, can be installed using a one-hand operation, with the overmoulding guaranteeing a reliable connection between cable and connector. No field termination is necessary.

The cable entry can be either straight or angled in one of four different directions, and the harnesses are offered in a number of different cable types including AWG 22 and in various lengths.

Other features of the connectors and cable assemblies including optimised shielding, bend protection and strain relief. The overmoulding uses UL94 V0 listed material.
