The connectors have been designed to meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-83513G and are suitable for cable and PCB applications. These Nicomatic connectors feature a 2mm pitch in one to four rows and are available in shell sizes capable of holding 2 to 120 contacts.
Lane has versions available including on-cable, straight and right-angle PCB while applications include I/O connector, board to board, board to cable and cable to cable.
DMM Micro-D Mix connectors can be supplied with low frequency-3A contacts, high frequency-6GHz contacts and high power contacts -up to 20A.
Lane Electronics can supply them in an all low frequency or mixed-layout configurations, with high frequency and/or high-power contacts.
The connectors save space and provide electromagnetic and mechanical protection with the use of one or two piece backshells for 360° shielding and protection of the cable connection.
