Kycon Adds Locking Type DC Power Jack and Plug

Kycon introduces a locking type DC Power Jack to their KLDX series. The locking type is available as 2.0mm diameter and 2.5mm diameter. Both options are available with or without a center peg. Kycon also offers mating plugs for over molded cables.

When used with Kycon plugs, these new DC Jacks offer a positive lock that cannot be easily disengaged. This is important for applications where power must not be interrupted. The jack can also function as a standard jack if used with non-locking plugs.
