IO-Link actuator provides industry-standard protocol
The PD42-1-1243-IOLINK PAN drive IO-Link actuator from Trinamic is now being shipped by distributor Mouser Electronics.
This IO-Link actuator combines an NEMA17 stepper motor with controller and driver electronics.
The IO-Link connection through standard 4-pin M12 connector offers full control over the NEMA17 stepper motor and provides an industry-standard IO-Link communication protocol enabling control, configuration, and status monitoring.
Applications for the device include laboratory and factory automation, manufacturing, semiconductor handling, robotics, and test and measurement.
