High-current 200 A crimp module joins modular connector family

The Han 200 A crimp module is the latest high-current module to be added to the HARTING Han-Modular series of heavy-duty industrial connectors. This new addition is compatible with the widely used the Han 200 A axial screw module, and means that HARTING now offers a complete range of modules with crimp technology.

The new 200 A module is designed for crimp termination on conductor cross-sections up to 70 mm² in the most demanding mechanical environments. As with the earlier version, the working voltage is 1000 V, but the module opening has been designed to accommodate large cable insulation diameters up to 18 mm.

HARTING’s Han-Modular(R) is an open connection system that is particularly flexible for adapting to users’ individual requirements, with a design that allows users to assemble their own connectors according to the required configuration. The new Han(R) 200 A crimp module is the latest addition to a range of 35 modules for electrical, optical and pneumatic interfaces.
