The flexible flat cable (FFC) and flexible printed circuit (FPC) connectors feature single-step mating with an auto-pin-lock mechanism and large, visible release button for un-mating.
They are ideal for use in automotive connected mobility and Internet of Things (IoT) infotainment systems, assembly automation, PCB servers, smart appliances, and LED and OLED displays.
The Molex Easy-On FFC/FPC One-Touch connectors feature exceptional signal integrity with an insulation resistance of 50 megaohms, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 125 VAC, and operating temperatures of up to 125°C.
Selective gold plating on the signal terminal helps prevent solder wicking on the SMT solder tail, further enhancing signal integrity.
The 0.5 mm-pitch connector enables quick and easy cable insertion and mating operation in manual or automatic assembly environments, with a large lead-in that helps prevent misalignment.
The connectors are available in a range of 10 to 80 circuits with two different heights to provide a great degree of design flexibility.
