Fast turn-around cable-assembly service for miniature connectors

Nicomatic’s two millimetre pitch CMM connectors meet or exceed MIL-DTL-55302F specifications and offer extreme modularity, with up to 120 pins and a mix of signal and power contacts to suit specific requirements. DMM connectors comply with MIL-DTL-83513G performance and can include coax as well as signal and power contacts. DLMM connectors feature metallised plastic shells affording lightweight EMI protection.

The new cable service from Nicomatic covers flying leads (Nicomatic connector plus cable), back-to-back assemblies (same connector on each end) or back-to-back reversed (signal contacts only). Nicomatic holds stocks of military cables and offers various options including back-potting, backshells (DMM and DLMM) and screening. Cable assemblies are subject to 100% electrical continuity testing.

If customers require a more complex assembly, perhaps including other manufacturer’s connectors on the other end of the cable, this is also possible, but additional quote time may be required and lead times will vary.
