CUI Devices expands waterproof USB Type C connectors range
CUI Devices' Interconnect Group has announced the ongoing expansion of its waterproof USB Type C connector line.
These USB Type C receptacles, with ingress protection ratings of IP67 or IP68, provide resistance to moisture and environmental contaminants in challenging environments. The Type C models are compatible with various USB standards, from USB 2.0 to USB4, offering data transfer speeds of up to 40Gbps and power delivery capabilities up to 100W
The waterproof USB Type C connectors come in surface mount or mid mount SMT packages with vertical or horizontal orientations. All models are compatible with reflow soldering, support high durability up to 10,000 mating cycles, have operating temperature ranges from –40 to 85°C, and comply w.ith the UL94V-0 flammability rating.
