The body and contact of the SMPM connectors featured on this assembly are made from conductive gold-plated beryllium copper. The rear body of the right-angle SMPM connector is machined from highly conductive nickel-plated brass while the rear body of the straight SMPM connector is gold-plated brass. The insulator is made from PTFE and the ferrule is constructed from nickel-plated copper.
