They feature a louvred front and a recessed panel, providing a neat and unobtrusive housing for a standard 87mm mylar cone speaker. An ingenious feature is the ability to assemble the halves of the speaker unit in two different shapes, depending on the requirements of the installation.
The two halves can be snapped together to provide either a sloping or standard shaped box. The internal mylar cone speaker is retained by internal locating pegs. For ease of installation, cable knock-outs are provided at the top and bottom rear edges of the case.
Measurements when assembled as a rectangular housing are 100x141x49mm. In sloping configuration, measurements of the speaker unit are 100x141x38mm at the narrow end x60mm high at the deeper end. Nominal wall thickness is 2.0mm.
