TEKO has launched the ‘TEKNET-PULPIT’ enclosures which have been designed for hand-held electronics. Typical applications include in-field test and measurement instruments, medical devices, data loggers and much more.
The ‘TEKNET-PULPIT’ enclosures feature an inclined display area for mounting an LCD module, and a recessed keypad area for mounting a membrane keypad or product label. The cases also feature ‘soft-touch’ edge grips for secure and comfortable holding during use. The edge grips also provide protection for the case mouldings. The cases are manufactured using dual shot moulding combining white or black ABS with ‘soft-touch’ TPU elastomer in contrasting light or dark grey.
Four standard models are offered, with or without a battery compartment, and with external dimensions of 150 x 94 x 46 mm or 150 x 94 x 50 mm. The battery compartments will accept two or four 1.5V AA cells, or one or two 9V cells.
The top and base mouldings include screw pillars for fitting PCBs and assemblies. The cases are assembled by four self-tapping screws.
