Extruded gasket profiles in soft easy to compress silicone sponge suitable for enclosure and door sealing. The material is approved to UL94V0 for flame retardency making it suitable for indoor applications.

Silicone sponge has very low compression set and a life of 20 years making it suitable for all applications. Kemtron also manufacture an EMC version for RFI/EMI shielding by adding a conductive knitted wire mesh over silicone sponge section.
This gasket gives a good EMC performance with 100db+ in the electric field 1MHz to 1GHz and 40-70db in the magnetic field 10Khz to 1Mhz
