DIN rail enclosures integrate terminal blocks

Extending its RAILTEC C DIN rail enclosure range, OKW has announced a CV version integrating four terminal blocks. The RAILTEC CV can be specified for a wide range of applications including automation, building technology, safety systems and HVAC – notably time controllers, sensors, relays, signal distributors and lighting controls. It can be snapped quickly and easily on to TH35 DIN rails or mounted directly to the wall. PCBs slide in on integrated vertical guide rails.

RAILTEC CV can be specified with or without ventilation slots. There are also recesses on the sides and front for labels. Each case is supplied with four 4-pole 5mm pitch pluggable terminal blocks yielding 16 poles within the width of the enclosure.

The enclosures are available in one size: 22.5x112x99mm. They are moulded from green PA6 (UL 94 V-0). Prices start at £26.

Customisation options for RAILTEC CV include CNC machining; digital, screen and tampo printing, installation and assembly, display windows, adhesive foils plus plastic and aluminium panels.

RAILTEC CV is the second new addition to OKW’s RAILTEC C range in a matter of weeks following the launch of RAILTEC C high top DIN rail enclosures.

The RAILTEC C range features DIN rail enclosures (1-12 modules) for TH35, TH15 and G32 rails; cut-to-length and modular PCB supports; the RAILTEC-BUS system which enables fast and easy linking of DIN rail boxes that share the same power and signal connections.
