SoM with Renesas RZ/G2UL

Ronetix, a developer and manufacturer of high-performance System on Modules (SoM) solutions, announces its upcoming OSM-L 45 x 45mm SoM based on Renesas RZ/G2UL 64-bit 1GHz ARM Cortex-A55, alongside 200MHz Cortex-M33 for low latency and real-time tasks, 1GB DDR4-RAM and up to 16GB eMMC.

The module can be soldered directly to the PCB and is suited for fully automated soldering, assembly, and testing processing.

The System-on-Module with two CAN, one Ethernet interface, RGB display interface and MIPI-CSI camera interface makes it suitable for entry-class industrial gateway control and embedded devices with simple GUI capabilities such as entry-level industrial HMI, medical devices, PLC controller, charging pile, energy storage system, and more others.

For evaluation and design-in of the new RNX-RZG2UL-OSM modules, Ronetix provides a carrier board RNX-OSM-CARRIER. A Yocto based Linux Board Support Package is available.
