Mainboard meets demand for higher processing performance
An industrial mainboard, designed to meet the demand for higher processing performance in industrial applications, has been released by MSI. The MS-98G5 is a Mini-ITX board based on Intel 4th Gen QM87/HM86 architecture. Powered by a Mobile Core i7/i5/i3/Celeron processor, the board features one PCIe(x16), eight USB 2.0 ports, four USB 3.0 ports, five COM ports, a SATA 3.0 connector and two mini-PCIe slots.
The industrial mainboard, which can enable multiple displays via HDMI, DP, DVI-I and LVDS outputs, as well as HD Graphics, is suitable for medical, networking and automation applications.
