Zizo has announced the news of its partnership to improve the way both businesses and customers have access to data and information.

Excelpoint helps businesses worldwide to seamlessly automate their business processes by replacing these workflows with no-code software, eliminating the need for paper, spreadsheets, and multiple inputs across numerous systems. This software helps businesses to streamline the way they manage people, systems and information, in turn, achieving flexibility and significant cost savings.

But this collection of information generates masses of data, which requires valuable analytics to gain greater insight from, and this is the particular area Zizo specialises in, by offering analytical solutions that are flexible, adaptable and cost effective; with the ability to be deployed at the edge or in a data centre.

The two companies were introduced at an online Port of Tyne Innovation Hub event in October 2020, which brings together organisations across the spectrum of maritime, logistics, technology and academia to inspire innovation. After learning about Zizo’s analytical capabilities, Excelpoint identified an area of synergy between both companies, as well as joint customer opportunities in the market – by combining Zizo’s low-code approach with Excelpoint’s no-code approach.

With both companies invested in improving the way that their customers had access to information, they identified that the back-end data is key in order to demonstrate value and improve operational processes. By integrating Zizo’s analytical solution in the backend of Excelpoint systems, this data can be drawn out to analyse its movement and performance, which currently cannot be done in the existing software. This creates valuable insights that can be provided to both the customer and the business, allowing them to make better use of their data, in turn, enabling them to make better business decisions – which is a clear ethos between the two companies.

And with Gartner predicting that by 2024, 65% of software development will include no-code or low-code platforms, the technological partnership between Zizo and Excelpoint will help these businesses on their digital transformation journey as customers reap the benefits of transitioning away from traditional off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions, to adopting no-code software.

Gary Swinburn, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Excelpoint comments: “In the modern world, a partner proposition from two best of breed companies is often stronger than the sum of the individual parts. This is why at Excelpoint, we are forever striving for continuous improvement in all aspects of our partnership relationships and we believe our partnership with Zizo will certainly fall into this category for both businesses.”

“With Zizo’s expertise in everything data-centric, their insight and drive to explore new areas of data technology and manipulation, combined with Excelpoint’s fast, no-code solutions to business problems across any industry sector, we will create a force to be reckoned with. We are very excited to be working with the Zizo team and look forward to a successful future together.”

This complimentary partnership also offers both Zizo and Excelpoint with new opportunities to broaden their reach into different markets by utilising each other’s technologies and delivering value to both existing and prospective customers via an end-to-end solution.

Peter Ruffley, CEO, Zizo, concludes: “As soon as we were introduced to Excelpoint, it was clear there was a synergy in both ethos and capability to produce something that would work really well together, and that would improve both our customers and Excelpoint’s customer experience.”

“With the increased momentum towards no-code software, Zizo is excited to be entering this market with Excelpoint, allowing businesses to leverage more value from the available resources by having access to the right data.”
