The ESP32-C5 SoC supports 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth LE 5, Zigbee 3.0, and Thread 1.4.
It integrates a high-performance (HP) 32-bit RISC-V processor, a low-power (LP) 32-bit RISC-V processor, wireless baseband and MAC (supporting Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, and 802.15.4), an RF module, and multiple peripherals, with time-division coexistence among Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4.
This SoC features 29 GPIOs and a comprehensive set of peripherals in a QFN package measuring 6 x 6mm2.
Security features include secure boot, flash and PSRAM encryption, cryptographic accelerators, Access Permission Management (APM) hardware block, and Physical Memory Protection (PMP).
