WE United has announced the dates for its 10th Annual Leadership Summit, marking a milestone year for the organisation and the global leadership community it serves. The 2026 Summit will take place April 22-24 at Würth Elektronik’s facilities in Munich, Germany, and 6-9 th October in the U.S. at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, California.
The Summit brings together leaders from across the electronics supply chain and connected technology sectors, including senior executives focused on enterprise strategy and leaders rising in their careers who are working within the business. Together, participants represent a cross-section of the technology ecosystem, making the Summit a strategic opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and exchange perspectives across roles, functions, and regions.
Built around the theme Imagine, the 2026 Summit reflects the shifting expectations of leadership inside technology driven organisations. As product cycles accelerate and supply chains grow more complex, leaders are required to make decisions with limited certainty while sustaining performance, culture, and long-term growth.
The Summit is grounded in real leadership experience rather than theory. Discussions focus on practical situations leaders face daily, strategic tradeoffs, organisational tension, communication challenges, and leadership execution, allowing participants to share candid insights and apply lessons immediately.
A defining element of WE United’s leadership approach is the belief that leadership is not a title, but a mindset and an action. The Summit emphasises leadership rooted in civility, ethics, and humanity, recognising that how leaders treat people directly impacts trust, performance, and organisational sustainability.
Parity remains a central leadership topic within WE United’s programming. The Summit’s Ladies in Leadership and Gentlemen in Leadership structure creates space to examine leadership challenges and opportunities from different perspectives, while reinforcing that parity is not an abstract goal, yet a measurable driver of innovation, profitability, and long-term growth across the industry.
“Our 10th year is an opportunity to reexamine what effective leadership looks like in today’s environment,” said Jackie Mattox, founder, president, and CEO of WE United. “Parity, collaboration, and ethical leadership are not optional, they are critical to sustaining organisations and strengthening the technology ecosystem as a whole.”
The Summit includes Ladies in Leadership and Gentlemen in Leadership programming, supported by shared WE United sessions attended by all participants. Programming features facilitated discussions, executive roundtables, keynote conversations, mentoring, and structured time for peer connection.
Registration for both events is now open. Attendance is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful dialogue and engagement. Sponsorship opportunities are available for organisations across the electronics supply chain, semiconductor sector, and related technology markets.
