Florence Kessler's appointment marks her responsibility for accelerating HESUS’s product strategy, coordinating technicalimplementation of the product roadmap and supervising product managers.

She will therefore play aleading role in the development of HESUS’s product range and enable it to maintain its competitive advantage by placing innovation at the centre of its growth strategy. This appointment follows a series ofsteps successfully completed in 2021, including deployment of the UBYSOL traceability solution on the Grand Paris Express project, international development with the opening of two new entities in Sweden and Germany and a 30% increase in the workforce in 2021.

HESUS is preparing to define amore ambitious strategyfor bringing cutting-edge technologies to market and thenrolling out its operations worldwide with HESUS STORE and HESUS NOW,the leading platforms for the management and recycling of worksite soils, in order to:

reduce environmental impacts by accelerating roll-out of its digital solutions

advance the construction sector in the field of the circular economy

To succeed in her new role, Florence will be able to drawon her solid professional experience in the digital sectorand the BTB and BTC services sectors acquired in leading companies such as Google, Universign and more recently Stratumn,where shewasVice President Product (VPP).

Florence is 40 years old. Her leadership and vision will be essential in meeting growing customer demand for software that boosts productivity, speed and resilience within their organisations.

NorthernEurope: strong growth potential

Filip Stamenkovic has been appointed Vice President Northern Europe, based in Sweden.

He was previously Development Director of HESUS in Scandinavia (Sweden and Denmark) from September2021.

In his new role, Filip will coordinate and oversee development and high-growth operations in Scandinavia and the UK.

Filip is 28 years old and has several experiences in the construction sector. He has successfully developed several companies by offering innovative services and promoting environmental performance. He has held positions as Operational Director and then Chairmanand Managing Director in Swedish companies such asTrygg Leg, Zitrus and Lestra Entreprenad.
