The reality is that to limit the impact of climate change and to protect the health of populations in congested urban environments there must be a rapid and almost total decarbonisation of all forms of on-road transport.

Although electric vehicles come at premium over traditional ICE vehicles, in the commercial vehicle sphere, the greater appreciation of total cost of ownership over upfront cost will be a considerable boon to EV uptake, with fleet operators increasingly identifying that electric commercial vehicles can offer their businesses a cost advantage whilst delivering on emission reduction targets.
