Kyocera AVX, in partnership with Avnet Abacus, will host a new webinar titled ‘Precision Meets Endurance: Advanced Solutions for AI and Automotive.

The session, taking place on Thursday, 20th November 2025 at 3:00pm CET, will provide in-depth insights into how the company’s high-precision timing technologies are supporting two of the fastest-evolving sectors – artificial intelligence (AI) and automotive.

Hosted by Paige Hookway, Managing Editor, Electronic Specifier, the event will feature Takeshi Sando, Product Marketing Manager for Crystal and SAW products at Kyocera AVX, who will present the latest developments in precision timing and how they address today’s design and performance challenges across a range of applications.

The webinar will begin with an overview of Kyocera AVX’s comprehensive timing solutions portfolio, followed by a closer look at market trends shaping AI servers, robotics, and networking applications. With increasing demand for higher data processing speeds and tighter system accuracy, attendees will learn why Kyocera AVX’s crystal differential oscillators (Diff XO) have become the preferred solution – offering tight tolerance, low jitter, and superior signal integrity for AI-driven and high-performance computing systems.

The discussion will then turn to the automotive sector, where connectivity and positioning technologies such as GNSS and UWB are transforming smart mobility. Sando will outline how Kyocera AVX’s high-temperature temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs), capable of operating reliably up to 125°C, ensure stability, precision, and long-term durability in demanding automotive environments.

Key discussion points will include:

  • Design considerations for high-performance AI and networking systems
  • The role of Diff XO solutions in enabling precision and low-jitter data processing
  • Emerging trends in automotive GNSS and UWB connectivity
  • The importance of high-temperature TCXOs for vehicle reliability and endurance

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how Kyocera AVX’s products enable innovation across AI, robotics, networking, and automotive markets, helping engineers design next-generation systems with enhanced performance and reliability.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, allowing participants to engage directly with the Kyocera AVX expert team.
