High-performance Generation 5.0 Schottky diodes
This video from Farnell element14 provides a one-minute overview of key features and applications for high-performance Generation 5.0 Schottky diodes. These are the industry’s first 40-V diodes in a D-PAK package with current to 20 amps. They are ideal for use as photovoltaic cell bypass diodes, and in high-efficiency SMPS and high frequency switching circuits. They are qualified to AEC-Q101.
