Mouser inks Jorjin in global distribution deal

System-on-module (SoM) and system-in-package (SiP) products from Jorjin have joined the Mouser Electronics following a global distribution agreement between the two companies.

Mouser now offers customers Jorjin’s range of sensor modules and connectivity solutions for Internet of Things (IoT), security, and industrial applications.

The WG7833-B0 wireless module is a highly integrated 2.4/5GHz SiP solution for providing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity functions to mobile devices, embedded systems, and audio applications.

Based on the Texas Instruments WL1833 SoC, the SiP module integrates an RF front-end module (FEM), power amplifier (PA), and power management on a single module, and the necessary passive components to fully implement Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Additionally, the fully FCC-, CE-, IC-, and Telec-certified module offers seamless integration with TI Sitara and other application processors.

The WS211x modules are Sigfox-certified, dual-mode, ultra-low-power devices based on an STMicroelectronics BlueNRG-1 or BlueNRG-2 SoC.

The WS2118-00 module supports Sigfox RCZ1 and RCZ3, while the WS2119-A0 module supports Sigfox RCZ2 and RCZ4. Both are based on the BlueNRG-1 SoC. The WS2116-A0 incorporates the BlueNRG-2 SoC and is a global roaming Sigfox Monarch module, supporting Sigfox RCZ1 to RCZ6.

The modules’ small form factor and low-power performance make them a suitable choice for use cases demanding long battery life, including smart beacons, indoor location, and Bluetooth Low Energy mesh applications.

Jorjin’s ZB7412-00 is a certified wireless microcontroller module based on a TI CC2640R2F wireless microcontroller with an Arm Cortex-M3 core. The ultra-low-power 2.4GHz RF device is designed for Bluetooth 5 Low Energy applications.

Featuring excellent receiver sensitivity, blocking, and selectivity, the ZB7412-00 module provides cost-effective performance for applications including building automation, health and medical devices, and retail applications.

The MM5D91-00 presence sensor module simplifies the implementation of mmWave sensors in the 61.0 GHz – 61.5 GHz band.

The low-power, high-resolution module includes an Arm Cortex-M4F processor system, onboard regulator, and built-in antenna for use in smart home, office, and security applications.
